Terms of Service

I offer services such as new project setup, technical consulting, web development, analytics setup, CI/CD setup, and performance optimization. The specifics of each service will be discussed and agreed upon in a separate contract or proposal.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or Bank Transfer. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize me to charge the agreed-upon amount for services rendered. Payment terms and prices will be discussed and agreed upon in a separate contract or proposal.

All content, code, and deliverables created during the course of our engagement remain my intellectual property until full payment is made. Upon payment, you receive the rights to the deliverables for your project.

You agree to provide timely feedback, information, and access as necessary for me to complete the project. Delays in providing feedback or information may result in project delays.

I am not liable for any damages arising from the use of my services, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or any other damages. My liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the services in question.

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for any completed work or services rendered up until the date of termination.

As a web development content creator, I may share general insights, lessons learned, or technical details about projects I work on for educational purposes. I strictly maintain the confidentiality of personal and company information unless I have obtained explicit permission to share such details. If you wish for your project to remain completely confidential, please provide written notice at the start of the project.

I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of my services indicates acceptance of these changes.
